How to Request an Exchange:

  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label for the exchange.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Approved exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exclusions:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable; we only offer exchanges.
